The weather was so hot recently that I had no appetite for anything, so One poke became my best choice. The ingredients in the store are varied and can be freely matched according to personal taste. A bowl of brown rice is served as a base, topped with purple kale, carrots, cherry tomatoes and pineapple, with a serving of Argentinian red shrimp, drizzled with truffle soy sauce, and sprinkled with roasted seaweed and sesame seeds. There is also a bowl of sushi rice, spread with crab salad, corn, cherry tomato and pineapple, plus a salmon, and some roasted seaweed and sesame. The two porridge rice colors that matched them looked very appetizing, refreshing and natural, and the taste was needless to say.
